The Role

As a Commercial Dispute Resolution Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Partner and 2 Senior Associates in the Commercial Dispute Litigation department. Duties include dictation of court documents and correspondence, copy typing, file management, drafting correspondence, reviewing and amending documents, collating documents, brief preparation, monthly billings and general administration duties. You will also organise travel, personal PA duties, organising lunches.


You will have a minimum of 3 years Litigation Legal Secretarial/Assistant experience. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Law Firm / Salary

National mid tier law firm of 30 staff. Dynamic firm and a very social firm. Offer employee benefits such as induction program, birthday leave, service awards. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $55,000 - $68,000 + Super).
