The Role

As an Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Special Counsel, Senior Associate and Solicitor. Duties include amending and formatting court documents and correspondence, copy typing, file management, drafting correspondence, collating documents, brief preparation, monthly billings and general administration duties. This position is 4 or 5 days a week.


You will have a minimum of 2 years Litigation or Insurance Legal Assistant experience. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Law Firm / Salary

National mid tier law firm of 30 staff. Supportive and a social firm. Offer employee benefits such as induction program, birthday leave, service awards. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $85,000 including Super) - pro rata'd if part time. This position is either full time or 4 days a week.
