The Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will support a Senior Associate. Duties include typing claims and court documents and general correspondence, organising medico legal appointments, diary management, managing Centre Link advices, monthly billings, dealing with clients, organising meetings, preparation of briefs and general admin duties. You will assist on WorkCover, MVA, Institutional Abuse Claims and Medical Negligence Claims.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Personal Injuries Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience.

Law Firm / Salary

Our client is a well established law firm of 50 staff. They offer staff benefits including free uniforms (not compulsory), paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year, free group trainer. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between 70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
