As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Senior Lawyer in the Wills & Estate Planning department.. Your duties will include billings, dictaphone typing, diary management, dealing with clients, organising appointments, amending and drafting documents and correspondence, assisting with on line portal, filing and other general secretarial duties as required.
To be suitable for this role, previous experience of at least 3 years as a Wills & Estates Legal Secretary is essential. In addition, you will have a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm, together with intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
The Law Firm / Salary
Our client is a well established law firm of 50 staff. They offer staff benefits including free uniforms (not compulsory), paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year, free group trainer. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation).
