As an Office Services Assistant you will work as part of the Legal Office Services/Admin team. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Organising Zoom and AV equipment meeting set ups
- Computer set ups and basic trouble shooting
- Mail inwards and outwards
- Relief reception (during lunch period)
- Kitchen duties
- General administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will be IT savvy and have previous experience working in a law firm or professional services firm. You will also be customer service focused.
