You will be working as a Receptionist in a national law firm and your duties will include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, managing meeting rooms and booking of these, mail, couriers, making teas and coffees, preparing correspondence, archiving, assisting with invoicing and general administration tasks.
Corporate, polished presentation is essential as well as an impeccable phone manner and a strong client-service ethic. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist in a legal environment is essential.
