Our client, a national law firm with stunning corporate offices in the Brisbane CBD, is seeking a Legal Receptionist to be their Director of First Impressions.
You will be working autonomously on this busy reception desk undertaking the following duties:
- Meet and greet;
- Attending to all incoming phone calls;
- Managing meeting room bookings;
- Preparing meeting rooms for use, including some AV setup;
- Arranging couriers;
- Accepting deliveries; and
- Other administrative duties as required.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a receptionist in a polished, corporate office either legal or professional services. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hard working and organised.
