Our client is a well-established specialist law firm. They are currently seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to support their busy team on a temporary basis.
Your duties will include:
- Answering the switch
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Managing meeting rooms
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Diary management; and
- Other general administrative as required
To be suitable for this position, you will have a minimum of 12 months previous reception experience in a law firm. In addition you will be professional in both your attitude and your presentation, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, "can do" attitude.
