As an Receptionist/Administration Officer of an Insurance company that does professional indemnity claims, your duties will include general word processing including correspondence, memos, general administrative duties, processing office and claim accounts and liaising with finance team, answering a switchboard, meet and greet of clients, organising couriers, data entry, booking flights and accommodation, booking meeting rooms, organising catering, photocopying, kitchen duties, preparation of mail, ordering stationery, opening, closing and archiving of claim files and general administrative duties, as required. Hours of work are 8.30am-5pm.
You will have 1-3 years Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience within a Law Firm or Insurance environment.
