Duties will include:
- Preparing documentation and correspondence
- Answering phones
- Client liaison
- Assisting with billing
- All general administration tasks as directed
The Right Candidate
To ensure success for this role, you must have completed a business certificate in legal studies or have 6-12 months of office administration or previous legal secretarial experience. Alternatively, you will come from a professional services background and be interested in developing a career in the legal space.
As you will be working closely with other secretaries in the department, the ability to work within a team is a must! Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and advanced technical abilities are essential. The ability to prioritise your work and a "can do" attitude could see you make this role your own.
