Support a busy team of Lawyers who have been described as a leading practitioners in the Employment Law field.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and documents and correspondence (including Court documents)
- Making amendments and edits to documentation
- Dictaphone typing
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- File management
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Time recording and monthly billing
The Right Candidate
To ensure success for this role, you must possess previous legal secretarial experience (approx. 2-5 years) ideally within Litigation or Employment Law. You will be resourceful, intelligent, have the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve! Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and advanced technical abilities are essential. The ability to prioritise your work, remain calm under pressure and a "can do" attitude could see you make this role your own.
This role would suit someone on a Working Holiday Visa looking for stability for 6 months.
