The Role

You will be working as an Employment Law & Health Law Legal Secretary of a national law firm. You will be supporting a Partner, Associate and Graduate.

Your duties will involve some digital dictaphone typing of court documents and correspondence, amending court documents, filing, diary management, organising medico-legal appointments, billings, dealing with clients over the phone, preparation of briefs and general administration duties. Some WP Support is provided.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretary experience. Litigation or Employment Law Legal Secretarial experience is essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills will also be essential.

The Firm / Salary / Benefits

National mid tier law firm of 110 staff, yearly salary/performance reviews, paid parental leave, end of month drinks, induction training. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $85,000 including superannuation).
