The Firm
This leading firm with a strong global network are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join the Finance Team of their Sydney office. The firm pride themselves on their client relationships and believe they are able to provide an international insight to local clients whilst also providing a personalised and professional service.
The Role
With success the name of the game for this busy department, we have a rare opportunity up for the taking! Working closely with a Partner and a wider team of legal professionals, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of their busy day. This hybrid role will see you assisting an internal team as well.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and edit documents and correspondence;
- Dictaphone typing;
- Diary management;
- Client liaison;
- File management;
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;
- Preparing Briefs and court documents;
- Time recording and monthly billing.
The Right Candidate
To ensure success for this role, you must possess previous legal secretarial experience within Litigation. A background from another top tier firm will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills and advanced technical abilities could see you taking up residence in this highly regarded firm.
