The Role

You will be working as an Insurance Defendant Legal Secretary of a national law firm as an Insurance Litigation Secretary. You will be supporting an Associate and 2 Solicitors in the CTP department.

Your duties will involve digital dictaphone typing of court documents and correspondence, amending court documents, filing, diary management, organising medico-legal appointments, dealing with clients over the phone, preparation of briefs and general administration duties. Some WP Support is provided.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 1 years Legal Secretary experience. Litigation or Insurance Litigation Secretarial experience is essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills will also be essential.

The Firm / Salary / Benefits

National mid tier law firm of 110 staff, yearly salary/performance reviews, paid parental leave, end of month drinks, induction training. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $65000 - $80,000 including superannuation). Some work from home options will be available after probation.
