Supporting a Partner and the Team
Min of 2 years Litigation Secretarial experience is essential
Corporate offices based in the Brisbane CBD

The Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will be supporting a Partner and the Insurance Litigation team (1 on 4). Duties include some dictation (but there is a national wp team) and editing of documents and correspondence, diary management, preparation of briefs, drafting correspondence and some court documents, screening calls, court filing, filing, email management, liaising with clients and external parties and general administration duties. No monthly billings are required in this role as they have a dedicated Billings Officer.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience. Some Litigation Secretarial experience is also essential.

International law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. 35 staff in their Brisbane office.
