Legal Secretary - Litigation
Supporting a team mainly in the Insurance Litigation department. Paperless office, hands on role, working for a mid tier Brisbane CBD Law Firm.
As a Legal Secretary, you will be supporting mainly the Insurance Litigation team (WorkCover and Self Insurers) as well as Business and Workplace Disputes teams. Duties include dictation of court documents, list of documents and correspondence, actioning instructions from author, preparation of Medicare forms and conference forms, organising medico legal appointments, brief preparation, trial preparation, Disclosure of documents and general admin duties.
You will have a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience. Some experience in Litigation is also essential. A minimum of 65 wpm and intermediate Word skills is also essential.
The Law Firm / Salary
Boutique mid tier Brisbane CBD law firm of 35 staff. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation).
