All team members are given their own projects to work on, however, there is a real team-ethos with everyone working together to assist each other during busy periods such as settlement.
A need has arisen for a secretary to join the property team. The current team is taking on this role, but the workload has proven capacity for another team member. The candidate will be primarily responsible for various property related administrative tasks.
- Document preparation
- Use PEXA to handle conveyancing matters
- Proofreading completed documentation
- Prepare security and transaction documents
- Reviewing executed loan documentation
- Arranging and booking settlements
- Liaising with clients
- File certifications
The Right Candidate
To secure this role you must possess a minimum of 1-year experience as a Property Secretary. Further, you will be professionally presented and a talented multitasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork is big for this firm as they are a close-knit and collaborative firm. This client is open to a student who has just commenced study.
