THE FIRM

THE ROLE

As a legal secretary, you will be supporting 3 senior fee earners including a special counsel, senior associate and law clerk team leader.

Your main duties include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Drafting correspondence, letters and property documents
  • Preparing and collating contracts
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Conducting online searches
  • Time recording and monthly billing

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have strong secretarial experience in a law firm as well as:

  • Experience in property or conveyancing will be highly regarded
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, typing and formatting skills
  • The ability to confidently liaise with clients and lawyers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and team-focused attitude
