THE FIRM

THE ROLE

As a legal secretary, you will be supporting 2 special counsels and a lawyer working with private clients and the public sector in the property team.

Your main duties include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Drafting correspondence, letters and property documents
  • Preparing and collating contracts
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Conducting online searches
  • Time recording and billing
  • File management and other general secretarial tasks

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous secretarial experience in a law firm as well as:

  • Experience in property or conveyancing will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, typing and formatting skills
  • The ability to confidently liaise with clients and lawyers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and team-focused attitude
