Our client is seeking an experienced legal secretary/conveyancer to run conveyancing files as well as assist him in a secretarial capacity in the running of his legal practice and various commercial business interests. Duties will include typing correspondence and legal documents, on line searches, preparing transfer documents, contracts, ASIC forms, liaising with clients, calculating settlement figures via Leap, diary management, organising settlement, etc. You will also be involved with the day to day running of the business.
To be successful in this role you will need experience running conveyancing files and a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm.
