2 - 4 years legal secretary experience essential
As a Float Legal Secretary, you will relieve legal secretaries in all areas of the firm. You will also relieve the receptionist and wp operator. Duties will include monthly billings, some dictation (but wp support is provided), diary management, organising meetings, editing and formatting some documents, preparation of Briefs, screening calls, drafting correspondence, dealing with clients and general administration duties.
You will have 2-4 years legal secretarial experience. Some experience as a Litigation Secretary or a Property Legal Secretary is also essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.
