As a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary / Accounts Clerk, you will be supporting the Commercial Litigation team whilst doing some accounts processing for the Office Manager. Secretarial duties include dictation of court documents and correspondence, preparation of briefs, monthly billings, diary management, dealing with clients, organising meetings and general admin duties. Accounts duties include trust accounting including trust receipting, trust cheques and trust bank reconciliations and accounts payable duties.

This well established Gold Coast firm specialises in commercial litigation and insolvency law. It represents its clients, who are from a diverse range of industry sectors, in the Courts of all jurisdictions in Queensland, including the Superior Courts. They have approximately 20 staff.
In order to be suitable, you will need to have at least 3 years Litigation Legal Secretarial experience as well as trust accounts/legal accounts experience.
Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $50,000 - $60,000 + superannuation).
