Our client is seeking an experienced commercial litigation secretary or recent graduate who has current litigation experience to assist.
Your duties will include:
- Diary and email management
- Draft correspondence and prepare court documents
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Time recording and monthly billing
- General administration
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years legal experience working in litigation, excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders and strong prioritisation and time management skills. In addition, you will have the ability to work as part of a team, while being proactive and using your initiative.
