The client

Our client is one of the largest providers of professional training within Brisbane. Their structure and delivery model assists the diverse needs of the community, from a wide range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

The role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will provide support to the commercially focused business using an account management model to coordinate marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Identify, lead and contribute to events management

  • Responsible and accountable for developing, negotiating, agreeing and implementing events planning

  • Develop, execute, and review marketing plans, campaigns and strategies while developing and fostering close working relationships with business leaders to identify and resolve issues

  • Define and build local campaign content including print and digital channels

  • Graphic Design project management


To be successful for this role. You will have:

  • Experience in developing, executing and reviewing marketing plans that align with marketing initiatives, organisational goals in a commercialised business environment

  • Ability to undertake work of a complex nature relating marketing projects in order to improve the organisations performance and ensure consistency

  • Ability to produce content for a variety of media including using digital marketing and social media platforms

  • A collaborative working style, ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a proactive approach to engaging internal and external stakeholders

  • High level communication skills

  • Flexibility and responsiveness

  • Initiative, attitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business, or related disciplines will be considered favourably.
