We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator on a part time basis.

The Role

You must have proven marketing and organisational skills, be able to work towards deadline, and be proactive within a busy environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Digital marketing
  • Advertising
  • Supplier management
  • Marketing campaigns

Be part of a team that is collaborative, innovative and fast paced.


  • Website maintenance, troubleshooting
  • Proof reading and checking appropriate content material (blogs, social media posts)
  • Creating tiles in Canva
  • Creating EDM's
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with organising and running all campaigns
  • Marketing calendar management
  • Assisting with any marketing request overflow
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with any overflow of tasks
  • Social media community management
  • Blog writing
  • Copywriting and proofreading
  • Basic graphic design tasks

Attributes and skills that you will need:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Promo, Mailchimp and Hootsuite
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience within marketing
  • A passion for marketing - preferably tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • High standards of work, and adaptable to change
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
