As an Office Clerk. your duties will include reception relief including meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, making teas and coffees, organising couriers, as well as mail in/outwards, scanning, printing, court filing, banking, collection of documents, supplies, collecting and distributing of incoming faxes, topping up printers with paper, scanning, sending reminder emails to staff, typing up agendas for meetings, stationery orders, social media investigation searches, filing, facilities management support, kitchen duties, data entry, and general admin support.
You will have 1-2 years administration experience within a law firm or professional services environment (Accountancy, Engineering) .

Boutique mid tier Brisbane CBD law firm of 35 staff. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $50,000 - $55,000 + Superannuation).
