This prestigious and award-winning Australian law firm is known to provide specialist advice to their clients nationally across many areas of law. This firm consists of many partners and senior fee earners who are widely recognised in the legal industry as leaders in their field.


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join the Private Clients team on either a full-time or part-time basis in their state-of-the-art CBD office. As Paralegal, you will support senior operators across Wills, Estate and Trust matters. Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing and drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Assisting with Probate, Estate administration and Trust related matters
  • Assisting with Estate-related property transfers including Survivorship Applications, transmission applications and transfers of land
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Managing client files from start to finish


To be successful in this role, you must have previous paralegal experience working in a law firm as well as:

  • Proven paralegal experience in a private clients practice focusing on Wills, Estates and Trust matters
  • Experience with drafting Wills, Estate and Probate documents
  • Knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online
  • Strong and confident communication skills to manage client relationships independently
  • High organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities
