Seeking a part time role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join this international law firm working 22.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week in the Business Services team. This role supports the Client Services & Facilities Manager and the Legal Practice Admin Manager.
Duties will include assisting with new starter set ups, managing graduate rotations, managing staff anniversaries, facility management and liaising with building management, programming security cards, visitor management, drafting correspondence for internal communications, preparing power point slides, managing fire warden list, assist with WHS requirements, back up reception cover, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven working experience in a professional services firm and be professionally presented.
