You will be working In house in the Construction Industry for their legal department. You will assist a Director and 3 Solicitors and duties include matter opening, calling members for details, conflict checks, database work, initial contact with clients, searches, allocating file to a Solicitor.
You will have 2-4 years Legal Secretarial/Administration experience. You will also have excellent customer service skills and want to work in a busy environment.
You will be working for an In House Legal Department of a Construction / Building Services Organisation. Total staff is 80. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
