Our client is a well established, specialist Patent and Trademark Attorney firm located in the Brisbane CBD. They are a close knit team of 12 staff.
You will work as a Patents & Trademarks Legal Secretary in the Life Sciences department. Supporting 2 Attorneys, your duties will include:
- liaising with clients
- amending documents relating to patents and trademarks
- diary management
- monitoring critical dates
- electronic filing
- database maintenance, etc.
You will be using Inprotech database.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 3 years previous Legal Secretarial experience. Patents / trademarks experience is not essential. You will also need a strong typing speed of at least 60 wpm and strong attention to detail.
Salary + Benefits
The salary on offer for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 + super, negotiable dependent upon experience. The firm also offers free gym membership and a smart casual dress policy every day.
