The Role
Our client is making a real difference to people's health by giving them greater control and better access to information with a focus on engagement, innovation, clinical quality, and safety.
They are seeking an experience People & Capability team partner to provide expert advice across all human resource responsibilities including performance and development, remuneration, organisational restructures, reporting, workplace health and safety, recruitment and learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Undertake payroll validations checks; exception reporting; and produce a fortnightly pay authorisation report
- Drafting and finalising approved procurement and contract management for the People and Capability team, working closely with their procurement team to streamline processes
- Processing invoices and payments, assisting with budget monitoring and reporting
- Assisting the team with annual work plan deliverables
You
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Understanding of legislative requirements of the public and private sector, or an ability to quickly build this knowledge
- Highly developed Microsoft office skills, particularly in Excel
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting demands
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Substantial Payroll experience
- Experience with procurement and invoicing under Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment where the management of high volumes of work, with varying levels of complexity are a regular occurrence
