This market leading mid-tier firm operate across the east coast of Australia and are currently seeking an experienced Secretary/PA to join their Sydney office. The firm pride themselves on delivering outstanding service and advice to their clients across various practicalities.
The firm have recently had a need arise within their Government & Admin team for a Personal Assistant. You will be providing support to a team of professionals who work with a number of high net worth individuals and corporate organisations.
Duties will include:
- opening/closing files
- edit documents and sending to client
- drafting correspondence
- monthly reporting
- organising induction material for internal seminars held by Partner
The Right Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have at least 2 years' experience in a legal secretary position, or in a professional firm. You will also have advanced MS skills, have great attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative. Strong communication and organisational skills are also a must!
