Our client is a highly regarded specialist personal injuries law firm, located at Burleigh Heads. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Personal Injuries Legal Secretary to work for 1 Associate.
Your duties will include:
- Dictaphone typing,
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- Preparation of briefs
- Amending documents and correspondence
- Filing, and
- Other general secretarial duties as required.
To be suitable for this role, previous experience of 3-5 years as a Personal Injuries Legal Secretary is essential. In addition, you will have the ability to work as part of a team, while being proactive and using your initiative. A minimum of 65 wpm and intermediate Word skills is also essential.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $55,000 - $65,000 + Super).
