The Role

As a Personal Injuries Paralegal, you will assist an Industrial Abuse Lawyer. Duties include drafting Notice of Claims, List of Documents, Statute of Loss and Damages, Disclosures, Quantum Assessments and proofreading of documents. You will also do month billings, diary management, liaise with clients and general administrative duties.

Your Experience

To be suitable for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years Personal Injuries Paralegal experience.

Law Firm / Salary

Our client is a well established law firm of 50 staff. They offer staff benefits including free uniforms (not compulsory), paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year, free group trainer. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $70,000 + Super).
