My client is a leading commercial law firm. Acting for government clients as well as private sector clients, you will work for one of the most well respected partners in Sydney in the major projects, major contracts and procurement and probity space. Working with both government agencies and clients in the private sector, your experience will be second to none.
This role will see your working across various industry sectors such as construction, infrastructure, defence, education, IT, social housing, transport, aged care. A flavour of the work will include:
- major contracts and infrastructure projects;
- major ITC rollouts;
- drafting tender and associated tender documents;
- drafting funding documents;
- advising on probity and procurement projects;
- advising on corporate governance;
- advising on privacy and FOI.
You will work closely with a well-respected partner who is a leader in the major infrastructure and procurements space, have high levels of autonomy as well as high levels of client responsibility. The work is often high profile and given this team is not top heavy, quick progression is guaranteed for the right person.
In order to be suitable for this role you will at least 6 years PAE gained from a larger law firm environment or from the public sector. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a close-knit, supportive and collaborative team. This is a client facing role and you will have autonomy.
