You will be involved in providing trusted advice and dynamic solutions to help clients take on their most important real estate opportunities and challenges. This is a unique opportunity to work in a relaxed environment, where you will have autonomy, responsibility and client contact.
You will review, prepare and advise across various property matters such as acquisition, contracts, agreements, leasing, joint ventures, sales contracts, settlements/rescission, on sale across large-scale residential, mixed-use, retail and commercial developments. You will manage off-the-plan developments, identify and analyse situations and problems so that viable solutions are found; approach tasks and problems so that needs of clients and practical, cost effective outcomes can be achieved.
This role requires a strong sense of commercialism, proven technical and advisory skills as well as highly developed, effective communication skills - both written and oral. You must have an approachable manner in order to assist or direct others in a team environment. You must also have excellent organisation skills - ability to multi task and manage competing priorities and be outcome focused, with the ability to problem solve, take initiative and be resourceful.
