Our client is a leading full practice National law firm. They currently have a temporary vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. Your duties will include answering the phone and screening calls, meeting & greeting clients, managing meeting rooms, managing mail and couriers, preparing general correspondence, archiving and assisting with administration tasks as required.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 1 years + experience as a Corporate Receptionist. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hard working and organised. You will also have confidence in your well-developed people skills, work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines at any one time.
