Our client is a leading legal organisation. They currently have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. Your duties will include answering the phone and screening calls, meeting & greeting clients, managing meeting rooms, managing mail and couriers, preparing general correspondence, archiving and assisting with administration tasks as required. This role also requires assisting with moving documents to court and coordinating with an Acting Clerk.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 1 years + experience as a Corporate Receptionist. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hard working and organised. You will also have confidence in your well-developed people skills, work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines at any one time.
