As a Receptionist/Client Services Coordinator at a Boutique Family law firm based in the Brisbane CBD, your duties will include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, diary management, opening and closing of files, organising couriers, some dictation, safe custody, processing eftpos payments, collating newsletter and assisting with blogs, managing referrals, scheduling and booking lunches for lawyers, doing mail outs, organising events, receipting payments, formatting court documents, data entry, manage electronic filing, dealing with clients, taking client enquiries, managing client feedback and reporting same and general administration duties.
You will have a minimum of 2 years Reception or Customer Service experience within a law firm environment. You will also be very well presented and have a friendly and professional manner.
Boutique Family Law Practice based in the Brisbane CBD. 18 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $50-60,000 package including super).
