As a receptionist of an insurance company, you will be answering a switchboard, meet and greet of clients, organising couriers, data entry, invoicing, booking flights and accommodation, booking meeting rooms, organising catering, processing invoices, photocopying, typing of correspondence and general administration duties. Hours of work are 8.30am-5pm.
You will have 1-2 years reception experience within a professional services environment.
Insurance company based in the Brisbane CBD with 20 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $40,000 - $50,000 including superannuation). Immediate start.
