The role


As a Receptionist, you will be working for a boutique law firm. Duties include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, eftpos transactions, client relationship management, taking client enquiries over website and over phone, opening files, typing emails, organising 5 meeting rooms and 2 boardrooms, ordering stationery, organising couriers, mail and general admin duties. Hours of work are either 8.30am - 5pm or 7.30am-4pm.

You

You will have a minimum of 1 year receptionist experience within a law firm or professional services environment.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm. Flexible hours and corporate offices. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience ($55-80k package including super).
