The role

As a Legal Receptionist, your duties will include answering a busy switchboard, meet and greet of clients, making teas/coffees, kitchen duties, data entry, organising couriers, organising meeting rooms, setting up virtual meetings and general admin tasks as required. Hours of work are 8.30am-5pm.

Your Experience

To be suitable for this role, a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Receptionist is essential within a law firm or professional services environment.

Law Firm / Salary

Our client is a well established law firm of 50 staff. They offer staff benefits including free uniforms, paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year, free group trainer. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $50,000 - $60,000 + Superannuation).
