The Role

Our client, a national law firm with stunning corporate offices in the Brisbane CBD, is seeking a Legal Receptionist to be their Director of First Impressions.

You will be working autonomously on this busy reception desk undertaking the following duties:

  • Meet and greet;
  • Attending to all incoming phone calls;
  • Managing meeting room bookings;
  • Preparing meeting rooms for use, including some AV setup;
  • Arranging couriers and organizing mail;
  • Accepting deliveries; and
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Hours of work for this role will be 8:30am to 5:00pm.


To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office either legal or professional services. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hard working and organised.
