Our client, a specialist conveyancing law firm experiencing rapid growth, seeks an experienced Receptionist. Duties include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, making teas/coffees, opening conveyancing files, first letters, data entry, organising couriers and general administration duties.
To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years receptionist experience within a law firm or real estate background. In addition, you will be motivated, proactive and have exceptional customer service skills.
Salary / Law Firm
Well established specialist conveyancing law firm based on the Sunshine Coast (Noosaville). The firm offers a base salary of up to $50,000 plus superannuation (dependent upon experience).
