The role

Our client is a well established and regarded CBD international law firm are seeking an experienced Receptionist that has Facilities experience. Your duties will include answering calls, meet and greet of clients, liaising with office maintenance suppliers, liaising with contractors and building management, organising security passes, organising morning teas, coordinating hot desking programme, cleaning coffee machine, arranging boardroom for meetings, meeting room set up including VC coordination, back up switchboard, organising new starters (IT equipment, seating arrangements), maintaining records for staff lockers, coordinating internal catering for staff, kitchen duties, ensuring office cleaning supplies and stationery cupboard are stocked, ordering stationery, mail, coordinating invoices for payment, coordinate events for the office, general running of the office, overseeing facilities and maintenance, managing fire regulations for the office, general admin duties. You will report to the Operations Manager. Hours of work are 7am-3.30pm (outside of daylight hours the hours are 8am-4.30pm).


To be suitable for this position, you will need minimum a minimum of 2 years Reception and Facilities experience within a law firm or professional services environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be very well presented.
