As a Receptionist, your duties will include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, dictation of documents and correspondence, assisting secretaries with overflow work, mail, ordering stationery, court filing, lodgements, banking, forwarding emails, outgoing mail, coordinating promotional events, opening files and general administration duties. You will be reporting to the Practice Manager.
You will need to have 2-3 years Receptionist experience within a law firm environment. A minimum of 50 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.
The Law firm/ Salary
Leading Boutique Law firm of 30 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. Have weekly morning teas, social club, drinks nights. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $55,000 including superannuation).
