Established for 10 years, this Boutique Law Firm specialises in Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property and Technology. They are based in the Brisbane CBD and have 8 staff.
As a Receptionist/Legal Secretary your duties will include taking client enquiries, answering phones, meet and greet of clients, archiving, reformatting documents, email management, drafting documents, picking up mail, billings and general admin/secretarial duties. This is a full time role working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will assist a Principal and Senior Associate.
you will have at least 2 years legal secretarial experience. Some reception experience and litigation experience is also essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills is also essential.
Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $50,000 - $60,000 including superannuation).
