The Role
Our client is making a real difference to people's health by giving them greater control and better access to information with a focus on engagement, innovation, clinical quality, and safety.
They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to provide a specialist resourcing function. This position is responsible for supporting internal business customers with the provision of timely advice and coaching in relation to recruitment matters, across the full end to end recruitment cycle. The role will also support the team in the review and improvement of recruitment processes and systems, and other projects being undertaken by the Team
Responsibilities
The Recruitment Advisor will provide a wide range of experience, knowledge and
skills, including, but not limited to;
- End to end recruitment service for the business including candidate
management, approval to fill process, position description review, advertising,
scribing, file management and reporting - Provide support with their contractor management
- Create and maintain an expression of interest register
- Review, consult, develop and implement new policy, process, systems and
guidelines - Assist with reporting activities, regular audits and opportunities for
improvement - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders - Take responsibility for a self-managed workload by meeting deadlines, making
decisions within parameters and escalating as appropriate on complex issues - Support new ways of working and continuous improvement within recruitment
to provide a high quality, professional, consistent, and cohesive recruitment
service - Provide general support to the wider People and Capability team.
