Continuing your career as a respected Employment Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you will be advising clients on a full suite of employment matters including:
- Employment law
- Industrial relations
- Employment litigation (Federal Court, State courts, Fair Work Australia)
- Unfair dismissals and adverse actions, redundancies
- Employment contracts and policies
- Termination and disciplinary matters
- Discrimination and equal opportunity
- Transfer of business and business restructuring
- Occupational health and safety
You will enjoy working in a close-knit team, have easy access to Partners, as well as the ability to bounce ideas off your like-minded colleagues. You will have a wealth of experience across Workplace relations law with in-depth experience across a broad range of employment matters, including advising on employment agreements, unfair dismissals, equal opportunity and complex workplace issues.
