Insurance Litigation Practice (Professional Indemnity and general Liability claims) Corporate offices based in the Brisbane CBD.
As an Insurance Litigation Secretary, you will be supporting 2 Partners and the team. Duties include:
- Some dictation and editing of documents and correspondence
- End of month billings
- Diary management
- Preparation of briefs
- Drafting correspondence and some court documents
- Reception relief
- Email management
- Liaising with clients and external parties
- General administration duties
You will have a minimum of 3 years Insurance Litigation Legal Secretarial or Personal Injuries Legal Secretarial experience. You will also have intermediate skills in Word and a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm.
